Tens of thousands of people, both locals and visitors from abroad, are expected to take part in the Cultural Festival for Peace in the capital this October. This festival is part of a series of cultural events celebrating the 70th anniversary of Hà Nội's Liberation Day on October 10. Scheduled to take place over one day in Hoàn Kiếm District, the festival will feature three arenas showcasing the beauty and richness of the Thăng Long Citadel.
