7:00-7:30 AM: Pick up at hotel (city center) in Hue city.
In the morning, our guide and bus will pick you up at your hotel. Along the way,
we will make a stop at La Vang Holyland and Quang Tri Citadel (Non-stop), which was built in 1824. This citadel gained worldwide recognition after enduring a fierce 81-day battle.
Our guide will also recommend other historical places such as Ben Hai river, Hien Luong bridge, and Doc Mieu base.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant where you can enjoy a traditional Vietnamese dish. Vegetarian options are available.
In the afternoon, we will visit Phong Nha national park (Quang Binh province). You will take a 30-minute boat ride on Son River to reach the Phong Nha cave. This cave is known as a water cave as it features an underground river. After entering the cave by boat, you will explore 300 meters on foot before returning by boat. The cave is famous for its spectacular rock formations, including the "Lion", "Fairy Caves", "Royal Court", and "Buddha".After leaving Phong Nha Cave, you can choose to stay in Phong Nha or return to Hue around 8:00 PM.
